Project Manager – Luxury Hospitality Architecture

About the role

Our client is a leading international design studio renowned for delivering luxurious hospitality projects worldwide. Based in London, they are seeking a proactive Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager in delivering high‑end hotel projects across the Middle East. The role focuses on the business side of architecture, overseeing projects from concept through completion while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deliverables for large‑scale luxury hotel projects on an international scale.
• Collaborate with the internal design team to interpret contracts and ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate with the finance team to guarantee timely and accurate project billing.
• Liaise directly with client project managers and external stakeholders.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager in resource planning and allocation.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting on project milestones.
• Price, negotiate and prepare variation orders (VOs) for approval.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably within high‑end hospitality.
• Experience working on projects in the Middle East is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end and act as primary point of contact.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent client‑relationship skills.
• Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence with Microsoft Project for scheduling and resource management.
