Project Manager – Marketing & Brand Agency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of marketing and brand projects for a fast‑growing creative production business in Southampton. The role will act as the operational heartbeat, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure campaigns for global FMCG and consumer brands are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting and supplier spend.
• Coordinate internal teams and external freelancers or specialist partners.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation actions.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to set realistic delivery plans and priorities.
• Maintain clear communication across all departments and ensure expectations are aligned.
• Support a positive working culture by balancing operational demands with team capacity and wellbeing.

Required profile

• 8–15+ years of experience in project, production or operations management within a creative, marketing or ATL agency.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects for global FMCG and consumer brands.
• Experience with integrated marketing, branding or ATL creative campaigns.
• Strong planning, resource management and budgeting capabilities.
