Project Manager – Masonry Support Systems

About the role

The Project Manager – Masonry Support Systems will lead large commercial masonry support projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initial survey through to handover. The role combines site inspections, coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large commercial masonry support projects.
• Visit sites as required to conduct inspections and assessments.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from survey to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and meet regulatory requirements.
• Liaise regularly with internal teams to understand site requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of contracts, legislation and building regulations.
• Hand over completed projects to clients and provide accurate reporting for regional appraisals.

Required profile

• Proven construction management or on‑site experience (quantity surveying, project management, contract management or related).
• Experience with building products such as masonry support systems, brick slips, blocks, steel, concrete or facades is highly beneficial.
• Relevant degree or qualification in construction management, civil engineering or a related field is advantageous.
• Organised, able to work under pressure on large‑scale projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of current building regulations.
