Project Manager – Power Generation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead power generation and critical power installations across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for delivering projects from award through to hand‑over, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from award to installation and hand‑over, overseeing all phases.
• Plan programmes, allocate resources, set milestones and monitor delivery timelines.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning activities.
• Serve as the primary client contact, handling stakeholder communication.
• Control budgets, costs, risks and performance metrics.
• Oversee site installation and commissioning, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in engineering or installation environments.
• Strong commercial and programme management capabilities.
• Confident stakeholder and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Desirable: background in power generation, electrical systems, generators or critical power projects.
