About the role
We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join an established business in Wirral. You will work on a permanent, full‑time basis, preparing metal components for painting and ensuring a high‑quality finish.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare metal surfaces by sanding, grinding, polishing and blasting.
- Operate blasting and surface‑preparation machinery safely.
- Apply primers and wet spray finishes according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, modern workshop environment.
Required profile
- Experience with wet spraying and surface preparation techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and surface‑prep equipment.
- Ability to work 8 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday (42.5‑hour week).

What we offer
- Hourly rate £15‑£16 plus overtime (£22.50‑£24 per hour).
- Overtime paid at 1.5× and OTE up to £40,000.
- Standard pension, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), free parking.
