Project Manager – Social Care Services

About the role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a caring, dynamic and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee its portfolio of social care services in Blackpool. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will help maintain service quality, lead a team of Team Leaders and senior staff, and drive the development of new, person‑centred services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an overview of all current services, including supported living and community support for people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
• Lead, supervise and support Team Leaders and senior staff, ensuring clear guidance and effective rota management.
• Develop new services that meet local needs, promoting choice, health and wellbeing.
• Conduct person‑centred reviews and maintain regular direct contact with service users.
• Ensure compliance with CQC quality standards and uphold a person‑centred approach.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the social care sector, particularly with learning disabilities and mental health.
• Proven staff and service management abilities.
• Confident, accountable practitioner able to implement CQC standards.
• Strong communication skills with families, advocates and partner agencies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
