Project Manager – Store Construction (Temporary)

About the role
Kate Spade New York is seeking a temporary Project Manager to lead store construction projects across the EMEAI region. You will own end‑to‑end delivery for multiple retail build initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of store construction projects, from feasibility studies to budget close‑out.
- Develop critical paths and timelines using Microsoft Project.
- Lead tendering processes, evaluate bids, and recommend award decisions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional Tapestry teams for project planning and budgeting.
- Communicate plan changes to all stakeholders and conduct quality reviews.
- Create and maintain SBO logs, historical cost data, and design standards.
- Oversee millwork deliveries, review fit‑out drawings, and produce status reports.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of retail construction experience.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and prioritisation abilities.
- Collaborative working style with flexibility for an international market.
