Project Manager – Treasury & Banking

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with deep Treasury and Banking domain expertise to lead technology and transformation initiatives from initiation through to production readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, resources and governance for Treasury and Banking technology projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Treasury, Markets, Corporate Banking, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations and Technology.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts and delivery performance.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, change requests and executive status reports.
• Coordinate solution design, architecture, security, integration and regulatory compliance.
• Drive requirements validation, testing, UAT, defect resolution, cut‑over, business sign‑off and production readiness.
• Lead cross‑functional, multi‑vendor teams in onsite and offshore models, escalating critical issues through governance forums.
• Ensure project documentation, audit evidence, approvals and hand‑over activities are completed, and support post‑production stabilization and benefits tracking.

Required profile

• 10+ years of technology project/program management experience, including 5+ years in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury processes and products such as FX, liquidity, cash management and settlements.
• Proven experience managing complex technology integrations, UAT, implementation, cut‑over and production readiness.
• Experience working in regulated banking environments with risk, compliance, security and audit requirements.
