Property Claims Technician – TPA Division

About the role
The Property Claims Technician will work as a Case Manager within the Property TPA Division, delivering first‑class service to customers, clients and colleagues. You will manage a portfolio of household, high‑net‑worth, commercial property and real‑estate claims from initial intake through to settlement.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage assigned claims to meet client‑specific service level criteria.
- Collaborate closely with a national team of field adjusters.
- Prepare full, detailed reports for insurers, including settlement recommendations.
- Liaise with insurers, policyholders, contractors and other parties to facilitate claim resolution.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Required profile
- Experience handling household, high‑net‑worth, commercial property and real‑estate claims.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and proactive approach to claim settlement.
- Ability to produce detailed written reports and recommendations.
- Effective communication with insurers, policyholders and third‑party contractors.
