About the role
Join a dynamic property management team in Ipswich as a Property Inventory Clerk. You will be on the move, conducting detailed inventory checks for new and existing tenancies, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes for tenants and landlords.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports for incoming and outgoing tenants.
- Carry out mid‑term inspections to verify property condition.
- Document any damage or discrepancies and liaise with landlords.
- Maintain accurate records and update the property management system.
- Provide clear communication with tenants, landlords, and internal teams.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working on the road and interacting with customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in property inventory or related field is beneficial but not essential.

What we offer
- Competitive salary of £25,000 per year.
- Full‑time permanent role, Monday to Friday 9am‑5:30pm.
