Property Lettings Administrator – North London

About the role

Join a well‑established independent estate agency in North London as a Property Lettings Administrator. You will manage the full lettings progression process from agreed let through to key handover, ensuring compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Progress agreed lets through to completion and key handover.
• Prepare tenancy documentation and maintain fully compliant files.
• Manage property compliance, including Gas Safety, EICRs, EPCs and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, referencing companies and contractors.
• Raise invoices and handle administration related to tenancy progression.
• Update records and maintain accurate files using Alto CRM.
• Coordinate move‑ins and ensure all documentation is completed on time.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process and support the wider team with day‑to‑day administration.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years’ experience as a Lettings Administrator, Property Administrator or in tenancy progression.
• Previous experience using Alto CRM is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the lettings process and property compliance.
• Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Confident communication with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Professional, proactive and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
