Property Lister / Valuer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Property Lister/Valuer to join a fast‑paced estate agency in Crawley. You will combine expert valuation knowledge with proactive marketing to achieve the best sale prices for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate property valuations and strategic marketing advice to maximise sale price.
• List properties, negotiate with vendors and secure top offers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and build a reputation as a local expert.
• Generate new leads, nurture relationships and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the team to match properties with suitable buyers.
• Assist in branch management, profitability and occasional morning meetings when the Branch Manager is absent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property valuation and listing.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to convert valuations into listings.
• Self‑motivated, able to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Basic salary £23,000 per annum plus commission potential up to £40,000.
