Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Property Manager to join a well‑established lettings and property management firm. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations of residential properties, ensuring smooth tenancy processes and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenancy matters, including maintenance issues, repairs and ongoing property concerns.
• Oversee daily management of residential blocks and additional portfolio properties.
• Liaise with contractors, issue work orders and monitor completion of maintenance works.
• Process contractor invoices and payments accurately.
• Conduct routine property inspections and prepare detailed reports for landlords.
• Respond promptly to tenant enquiries and resolve property‑related issues.
• Support compliance processes to ensure all properties meet current regulations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in property management or a closely related role (e.g., Portfolio Manager, Block Manager).
• Strong organisational ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Confident communication with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
