Property Manager

About the role

Chancellors, part of the LRG group, is looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join its Camberley HQ team. The role suits someone who enjoys managing a varied portfolio, building strong relationships and delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants. It is a hybrid position, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm, with pay of up to £30,500 OTE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Investigate, manage and resolve property maintenance issues
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to arrange and oversee works
• Conduct property inspections and follow up on required actions
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures
• Build relationships with landlords, tenants and third-party suppliers
• Identify opportunities to increase management upgrades and services

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management or a customer-focused role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Calm, professional and positive under pressure
• Comfortable following procedures and working within compliance frameworks
