Property Manager – Residential & Commercial Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of over 800 residential and commercial properties in Manchester. You will act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and professional rental experience from move‑in to move‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance requests, coordinate with approved contractors, and monitor progress to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including gas, electrical, and safety certifications.
• Lead tenancy renewal processes, conduct rent reviews, and negotiate terms between landlords and tenants.
• Prepare and issue tenancy documentation in line with company procedures and legal standards.
• Oversee end‑of‑tenancy administration, including inspections, inventory checks, and final statements.

• Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑focused.
• Strong administrative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both landlords and tenants.
• Ability to manage multiple tenancy matters simultaneously.
