Property Manager – Residential Lettings

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a successful residential lettings business. You will take ownership of a portfolio of rental properties, working within a supportive and close‑knit team to deliver excellent service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Maintain accurate inventories and handle maintenance issues, coordinating contractors as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Ensure compliance with current property legislation.
• Keep precise records using a CRM system such as Alto.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property management within the lettings industry (essential).
• ARLA qualification or strong working knowledge of current lettings legislation.
• Professional, personable and confident communicator.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable conducting regular on‑site inspections.
• Good local knowledge and ideally located close to the office.
• Team player who fits well within a small, close‑knit team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).

Required skills

• Alto CRM (or similar property management CRM).
