Property Sales Administrator – Estate Agency

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Sales Administrator to join a busy independent estate agency in Raynes Park. You will support the sales and lettings team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings team.
• Prepare documentation, contracts and property details.
• Update and maintain internal systems and databases.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors and external partners.
• Manage incoming calls and emails professionally.
• Support the branch in delivering an efficient customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Strong administrative background, preferably within an estate agency.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• High level of customer service and communication ability.
• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with initiative and self‑motivation.
• Professional, well‑presented and client‑focused.
