About the role

We are looking for a Property Transfer Administrator to join our Bournemouth client on a temporary basis, with strong potential to become permanent. The role supports the transfer and resale process for luxury retirement properties, ensuring smooth and accurate administration.

Key responsibilities

• Process legal documentation and customer records for property transfers.
• Maintain high standards of customer care throughout the transfer lifecycle.
• Update customer information, manage apartment alterations and communal change requests.
• Handle applications for resident associations, subletting notifications, and pet permission requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams, solicitors and external stakeholders to deliver seamless service.
