Property Valuer / Lister – Estate Agency

About the role

Join a thriving estate agency in Crawley as a Property Valuer/Lister. You will be responsible for delivering accurate residential valuations, winning new instructions and guiding homeowners through the sales process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct residential market appraisals and provide precise property valuations.
• Convert valuations into signed instructions through consultative selling.
• Advise homeowners on pricing strategies and current market conditions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with vendors to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Prospect new business through networking, canvassing and community engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective marketing and quick buyer matching.
• Keep vendors updated throughout the sales journey and meet individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a residential estate agency.
• Proven track record of converting valuations into instructions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and commercially aware.
• Full UK driving licence.
