Property Valuer / Lister – Residential Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Valuer / Lister to join a busy estate agency in Crawley. The role focuses on winning new business, delivering accurate valuations and guiding vendors through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and secure new residential sales instructions.
• Provide accurate property valuations and tailored marketing advice to vendors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships from enquiry to instruction.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting and database management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximise property sales opportunities.
• Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Property Valuer, Lister, Senior Sales Negotiator or similar estate agency role.
• Demonstrated track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Strong knowledge of the local residential property market (advantageous).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Professional, confident and customer‑focused approach.
• Self‑motivated with ability to meet and exceed targets.
