Protection Adviser – Hybrid (Epsom)

About the role

The Protection Adviser will join an award‑winning mortgage brokerage in Epsom, working three days a week on‑site in a hybrid model. You will provide protection advice and conduct policy reviews for both new and existing clients, supported by a steady flow of leads from the firm’s mortgage brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored protection advice to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular policy reviews and recommend appropriate adjustments.
• Manage a portfolio of applications from initial enquiry through to settlement, coordinating with the administration team.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with mortgage brokers to convert leads into protection solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Protection Adviser or similar role within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of life, critical illness, income protection and mortgage protection products.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently while benefiting from team support.

Required skills

• Knowledge of protection insurance products.
• Experience with policy review processes.
