About the role

We are seeking two motivated Protection Advisors to join a thriving financial services organisation in Colchester. In this client‑facing role you will help individuals protect their financial future by reviewing their current protection arrangements and recommending suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to discuss their financial and protection needs.
• Conduct detailed reviews of existing protection, insurance and mortgage products.
• Analyse client information and develop tailored protection plans.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market developments, new legislation and product offerings.
• Support clients in making informed decisions about their protection strategy.

Required profile

• Background in financial services, banking or insurance.
• Experience of advising or selling protection, insurance or mortgage‑related products.
• Professional qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Highly motivated and able to thrive in a busy environment.
