Protection Advisor

About the role

Mojo, an award‑winning FinTech in the RVU family, is looking for a Protection Advisor to deliver elite, advice‑driven protection solutions to homeowners. You will work remotely across the UK, focusing on warm, pre‑booked leads and using AI‑driven tools to minimise admin and maximise client conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth protection reviews (Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection) for customers at pivotal life moments.
• Provide tailored recommendations from a competitive panel of providers, ensuring the best fit for each client.
• Maintain Mojo’s 4.8/5 Trustpilot rating by consistently putting customers’ interests first.
• Work a 39‑hour week on a flexible shift pattern (no Saturdays) designed for performance and wellbeing.

Required profile

• At least 18 months of experience in an advised protection role.
• Hold or be willing to obtain CeMAP, CertPro or R05 within the first three months.
• High‑achiever mindset seeking elite leads, top‑tier technology and uncapped commission.
• Strong rapport‑building ability and empathy when handling complex medical cases.
