Python Full Stack Developer (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Python Full Stack Developer to join a purpose‑driven technology company operating in the renewable energy sector. This hybrid position involves working on both front‑end and back‑end components of cloud‑based platforms that support data‑led decision making for sustainable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using Python and Flask.
• Build backend services, background processing systems, and APIs.
• Create intuitive, high‑quality user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Contribute to system architecture, database design, and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerised environments with Docker.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Python (Flask) and backend development.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Front‑end experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and container orchestration.
• Proven ability to build scalable, production‑ready applications.
• Experience with parallel processing, mapping tools, or distributed systems is a plus but not mandatory.
