QA Engineer – Manual & Automation (Hybrid)

About the role
We are seeking a QA Engineer to join a fast‑growing SaaS company that provides technology solutions for the healthcare sector. The role combines manual testing with selective automation, offering a balanced 60/40 split in favour of manual testing.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, design and execute functional, regression and system test cases.
- Perform end‑to‑end testing to validate product quality across releases.
- Manage defects, track issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing.
- Solid understanding of automation concepts and ability to create scripts when needed.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment, preferably within healthcare.

What we offer
- Hybrid working model – three days on‑site in Wokingham.
- Competitive salary range £55,000‑£65,000 per year.
