About the role
This is a part‑time, hybrid position supporting a leading Glasgow organisation with financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting. The role involves close interaction with stakeholders and provides insight into the business numbers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare month‑end management accounts with commentary.
- Produce financial statements and conduct balance‑sheet reviews and reconciliations.
- Assist department heads and the finance team in budget setting.
- Review and comment on ongoing forecasts and revenue performance.
- Present financial performance to key stakeholders and sub‑boards.
- Support tax and VAT reporting and provide ad‑hoc departmental assistance.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant able to work part‑time.
- Experience covering a broad range of accounting duties.
- Adaptable and able to take on emerging tasks.

What we offer
- Salary between £55,000 and £65,000 per year.
- Flexible working pattern across three days per week.
