Quality Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quality Administrator to join our Quality team at Beagle Aircraft, a leading aerospace manufacturer. You will provide essential administrative support, ensuring that quality records, documentation and audit activities are accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant with customer and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain quality databases, registers and Non‑Conformance Report (NCR) logs.
• Update, control and archive quality procedures, documentation and records.
• Support preparation of audit documentation for internal and external audits.
• Assist in creating and maintaining First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
• Maintain the Approved Supplier List and related quality records.
• Scan, archive and manage quality documents in line with company procedures.
• Complete customer quality questionnaires and support reporting activities.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure timely and accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented with a structured approach to work.
• Previous administrative experience, preferably within Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support continuous improvement.
• Experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
