Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

Alpha Bank London is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support its First Line QA programme within the Operations Controls and Governance function. You will work across multiple business areas, providing independent, risk‑based assurance that key processes, controls and customer outcomes meet regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of QA activities in the First Line of Defence, delivering independent assurance.
• Provide QA coverage across Products, Sales and Operations, including Real Estate Finance, Private Banking, Deposits, Current Accounts, Payments, Investment Services and emerging offerings such as mortgages and debit cards.
• Support oversight of complaints and vulnerable customers through thematic and root‑cause analysis, action tracking and MI reporting.
• Deliver the annual QA programme, managing the full lifecycle from planning to reporting and follow‑up.
• Conduct risk‑based testing, sample reviews, thematic deep dives and control assessments to identify weaknesses and gaps.
• Review and document evidence to an audit‑ready standard and draft clear findings with practical recommendations.
• Produce high‑quality QA reports and summaries highlighting key risks, themes and trends.
