Quality Assurance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to support the QA Supervisor in maintaining food safety, quality systems and product quality across our manufacturing operations. The role is essential for meeting internal, customer and third‑party requirements while fostering a strong quality culture.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out verification and monitoring of the production process according to the Quality and Food Safety Plan.
• Conduct sample collection, testing and corrective actions for shelf‑life, microbiological, chemical and organoleptic assessments.
• Act as a Quality and Food Safety Champion, maintaining GMP and GLP standards and communicating issues to the production team.
• Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and work with production to implement preventive actions.
• Verify equipment calibration, keep accurate records and ensure traceability throughout production.

Required profile

• Education in Food Science or equivalent.
• Minimum Level 3 Hygiene certification and basic health‑and‑safety knowledge.
• Understanding of HACCP principles and experience in internal auditing.
• Strong command of English.
