Quality Engineer – Excellent Career Progression

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join a fast‑growing specialist heating systems manufacturer. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality from incoming inspection through manufacturing to final testing, supporting the development of next‑generation sustainable heating technology.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product quality across incoming inspection, production and final testing.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Investigate quality issues and analyse production data.
• Ensure inspection equipment is calibrated, maintained and compliant.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams.

Required profile

• Experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in electronics, electro‑mechanical or battery manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a continuous‑improvement approach.
