Quality Executive

About the role

PREMINOX Limited is seeking a Quality Executive to support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail‑oriented professional with experience in a certified quality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001 QMS.
• Assist with internal and external audits and keep documentation audit‑ready.
• Maintain quality records, batch and heat traceability, and produce KPI reports.
• Investigate non‑conformances, drive root‑cause analysis and support CAPA activities.
• Handle supplier quality processes, corrective actions, and customer complaint investigations.
• Carry out goods‑in inspections and material certification checks.
• Support process mapping, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure procedures are followed across departments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an ISO 9001‑certified environment.
• Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and follow through on corrective actions.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive and reliable work ethic.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 principles.
• CAPA processes and root‑cause analysis.
• Internal auditing and non‑conformance handling.
• Supplier quality management and traceability record‑keeping.
• Continuous improvement methodologies.
• KPI reporting and strong Excel proficiency.
• Experience with documentation systems and report generation.
