Quality Inspector – Manufacturing

About the role

Join our thriving manufacturing facility in Chelmsford as a Quality Inspector. You will help ensure that every material and product meets the highest specifications, supporting our commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished products.
• Identify defects, document findings, and work with production teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate inspection records for compliance and audit purposes.
• Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures.
• Participate in internal audits and continuous‑improvement reviews.
• Train colleagues on quality standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and understanding of quality control processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
