Quality Technician

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Quality Technician to support our client’s growth in an innovative medical‑device manufacturing environment in Leeds. You will ensure that labels, components and finished goods meet strict quality standards and help the site stay audit‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and release work‑in‑process (WIP) and final labels for packaging and finished‑goods labeling.
• Maintain quality‑control documentation, records and Device History Records (DHRs).
• Support final valve inspection and testing activities.
• Carry out incoming inspections of components and raw materials against specifications.
• Assist with internal audit preparation and regulatory facility inspections.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Quality Control Team Leader or Quality Engineering Manager.
• Execute QC activities related to product, packaging and label release.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical‑device or pharmaceutical.
• Previous quality‑control experience within manufacturing is desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic document‑management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a clean‑room setting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
