Quantity Surveyor – Construction & Commercial Management

About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a small, growing construction business at a key stage of development. Working directly with the Managing Director, you will own the commercial activity across a busy workload and help shape how the business delivers and grows.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day commercial workload across multiple live projects
- Support pricing, cost control and preparation of estimates/BOQs
- Assist with tendering and identifying new work opportunities
- Interact with clients and contribute to business development activities
Required profile
- Experience in quantity surveying
- Comfortable working in a small, hands‑on business environment
- Strong communication and client‑facing abilities
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities independently
