Real Estate Finance Solicitor – 8+ PQE, Cambridge

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Advise lenders and borrowers on complex real estate finance transactions.
• Manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Work closely with partners on multi‑jurisdictional and cross‑border matters.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and practice growth.
• Collaborate with banking, real estate and specialist teams to deliver multi‑disciplinary advice.

Required profile

• 8+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in real estate finance.
• Significant experience advising both lenders and borrowers within a commercial law firm.
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Confidence to manage complex matters independently while working in a team.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proactive approach to business development.
• Ambition to play a key role in a growing practice.
