Real Estate Finance Solicitor – 8+ PQE – Cambridge

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join the Cambridge office of a nationally‑recognised law firm. The role offers the chance to work on high‑value, complex UK and international finance transactions within a collaborative, hybrid‑working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise lenders and borrowers on complex real‑estate finance transactions.
• Manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Work closely with partners on multi‑jurisdictional and cross‑border matters.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and practice growth.
• Collaborate with Banking, Real Estate and other specialist teams to deliver multidisciplinary advice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 8+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Significant real‑estate finance experience in a commercial law firm.
• Proven track record advising both lenders and borrowers.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage complex matters independently.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
