Real Estate Finance Solicitor (8+ PQE) – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join our Leeds office. The role offers a competitive six‑figure package, hybrid working and clear progression within a nationally recognised practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise banks, financial institutions, investment funds and corporate borrowers on complex real estate finance transactions.
• Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, including cross‑border matters.
• Collaborate with partners and specialist teams across banking, real estate and other disciplines.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in real estate finance within a commercial law firm.
• Proven track record of handling lender and borrower transactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently on high‑value matters.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.

Required skills

• Extensive experience in real estate finance law.
• Knowledge of complex financing structures and cross‑border transactions.
