Real Estate Senior Associate (Commercial Property)

About the role

This senior associate position sits within a nationally recognised law firm’s Real Estate team in Leeds. You will work on high‑value commercial property transactions, advising major corporate clients on development, investment and occupier matters while supporting junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
• Advise corporate clients on development, investment and occupier issues across multiple sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Support partners on complex, high‑value deals and contribute to business development activities.
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in Commercial Property.
• Proven experience in development, investment and corporate occupier work.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Strong commercial mindset and excellent client relationship skills.
• Experience supervising and supporting junior team members.
