Recoveries Account Manager – 6 Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are seeking a Recoveries Account Manager to manage a portfolio of mid‑stage arrears (60‑90 days) for a leading business finance provider. You will work closely with customers to restore accounts to good standing while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 60‑90 day arrears cases.
• Proactively engage customers to secure prompt and sustainable repayments.
• Apply late payment interest where applicable.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate payment allocation.
• Perform general collections administration and maintain regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services collections.
• Proven track record handling early‑stage arrears.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet targets.
