About the role
The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in Gartner’s talent acquisition strategy, partnering with hiring managers to source and assess top talent for the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
- Develop a thorough understanding of hiring needs by building strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Utilize multiple recruiting channels and execute innovative sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and track candidate information using a sourcing database.
Required profile
- Experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role.
- Proven track‑record of success in a metrics‑driven talent acquisition environment.
- Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
- Determination and focus on delivering results.
