Recruitment Consultant (360) – London Office

About the role

We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly London office. You will inherit a warm desk with established accounts, allowing you to hit the ground running while expanding your own client portfolio across London and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing client accounts.
• Win new business and broaden client relationships.
• Source, interview and place high‑quality temporary and permanent candidates.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer and placement.
• Build long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven track record of successful placements and client development.
• Strong business development and account management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, organised and results‑driven.
• Positive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
