Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar

About the role
We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to run our blue‑collar desk from our office near Bishop’s Stortford. You will generate new client relationships, manage key accounts and conduct on‑site visits across the construction sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of blue‑collar construction clients.
- Attend site visits and conduct daily drop‑offs for temporary staff.
- Manage client relationships, qualify and register temporary workers.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth placement processes.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic about sales and business development within recruitment.
- Motivated to build your own desk and progress in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
