Recruitment Consultant – Finance & Financial Services

About the role

ALF Recruit, a small recruitment agency specialising in Finance & Accountancy and Financial Services, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant in Rochdale. The role is full-time, hybrid and permanent, with a basic salary of £30,000 to £40,000 per year plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own desk, including your clients and candidates, with autonomy over how you run it
• Build your own pipeline from business development through to placement
• Close deals and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a track record of billing and building a desk
• Confidence managing your own pipeline from business development to placement
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and candidates
• Resilience, drive and an appetite to grow with a fast-scaling business
• Experience in Finance & Accountancy or Financial Services recruitment is a strong plus, but consultants from other sectors are considered
