Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join Saragossa’s investment‑management‑technology team. You will work in a fast‑moving, high‑margin market, helping clients across data platforms, software development, IT security and more to find the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage your pipeline and deliver on sales and placement targets.
• Develop and nurture client relationships within the identified technology verticals.
• Choose to grow your own desk or build and lead a small team of consultants.
• Maintain autonomy over your success while collaborating with the internal talent team.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in a corporate environment such as sales, business development, B2B or recruitment.
• Commercially minded, ambitious and confident communicator.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and meet performance targets.

• Base salary £26.5k‑£32k per year, dependent on experience.
