Recruitment Consultant – North West

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant you will own the Furza Talent desk, driving the end‑to‑end recruitment process for fast‑growth and private‑equity backed clients in the North West. You will work closely with directors and a high‑performing team to deliver senior‑level commercial and sales placements, manage client and candidate relationships, and support overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow client relationships through proactive business development and consultative account management.
• Source, assess and engage top commercial and sales talent using targeted networking and outreach.
• Manage senior candidates through the interview process to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with the internal team, sharing knowledge and driving collective results.

Required profile

• Proven experience placing commercial and sales talent, with a track record at senior level or clear readiness for it.
• Comfortable with business development as well as delivery.
• Commercially minded and motivated by long‑term career progression and earnings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• A desire to become a market specialist in private‑equity and commercial recruitment.
