Recruitment Consultant - Perms

About the role

Abbatt Group, a specialist property recruitment business, is hiring recruitment consultants for its permanent team in the West End, London. The business has many existing clients and live roles, so consultants will manage accounts and source candidates without having to build a desk from scratch. The salary reflects experience, ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 per year plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Account management: understand existing clients' needs and keep track of their live roles
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates and matching them to the right roles
• Managing the full recruitment process, from brief through to offer, negotiation and start date
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Growing accounts over time and taking on more clients as you progress

Required profile

• Recruitment experience, ideally a couple of years or more in a busy perms team; the company is open to other levels
• Property sector experience is useful but not essential
• Good organisation and the ability to manage several live roles at once
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A target-focused approach and motivation to earn

Required skills

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, Job Adder or similar job boards and ATS
