About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join a fast‑growing agency specialising in the SaaS sector. You will work from our Leatherhead office, supporting both permanent and temporary placements for technology clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and place candidates in SaaS and technology roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and client companies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
• Provide market insight and advice to both candidates and clients.
