Recruitment Consultant - Social Care

About the role

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its Social Care team in Leeds on a fixed‑term basis covering maternity leave. You will work alongside market experts delivering high‑quality recruitment services for Children’s Services within the public sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support recruitment activities across Children’s Social Care.
• Liaise with account managers and internal stakeholders.
• Use Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and client portals (training provided).
• Manage the candidate journey from registration through to placement.
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in the public sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive and organised approach to recruitment delivery.
• Experience with VMS systems is beneficial, with full training available.
