About the role
Join a fast‑growing healthcare staffing provider as a Recruitment Resourcer. You will play a pivotal part in sourcing and assessing candidates for temporary and permanent roles across hospitals, care homes and community services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Write and post engaging job adverts on multiple platforms.
- Source candidates via job boards, CV databases and social media.
- Support the recruitment process from initial application through to job offer.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
Required profile
- Confident, resilient and natural communicator.
- Strong IT and organisational abilities.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Money‑motivated, driven and ambitious.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office software and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
