Regional Account Manager – Compression Therapy & Wound Care (South West & South Wales)

About the role

A growing healthcare business, established supplier to the NHS, is expanding its product portfolio and seeks a Regional Account Manager to develop its compression therapy and wound care business across the South West and South Wales. You will drive awareness, engagement and adoption of products and home delivery services among NHS customers in primary and secondary care, combining account management, business development and clinical engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and business development: drive product adoption, develop and run territory business plans, achieve and exceed sales objectives, and identify new growth opportunities in NHS accounts
• Stakeholder engagement: build relationships with NHS customers and healthcare professionals, work across primary and secondary care, and engage clinicians, nurses, community teams and decision-makers
• Education and support: deliver product education and training, give customers ongoing support, promote best practice and help them implement products and services effectively

Required profile

• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient and proactive, with good territory planning and organisational abilities
• Desirable: NHS sales, compression therapy, wound care, community healthcare, medical devices or consumables, and experience engaging Key Opinion Leaders

• Good IT and reporting skills
